Tellmerge is licensed per mailbox, one time. No renewal date, no per-email charge, and no cheaper tier with the useful half removed.
14 days free before you pay anything
For one person sending their own merges — invoices, statements, notices, invitations.
Five mailboxes or more. Accounts sends the invoices, HR sends the payslips, both are covered.
A site licence. Cheaper than Team from 18 mailboxes up, and there is nothing left to count.
Prices in USD. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where your country requires it and shows the final amount before you confirm. Need more than 50 mailboxes, a purchase order, or an invoice in advance? Email us — that is a normal request, not a special favour.
Two ways out
Try everything free for fourteen days first — no card, no crippled features, no "upgrade to preview" nonsense. Run a real send to a real list and find out.
Buy anyway and change your mind? You have another fourteen days. Email support@seksolution.com with your order number and we refund in full, without asking why.
Billing
One mailbox. The key binds to the address you activate it on, and the same person can use Tellmerge on a desktop, a laptop and a phone with that mailbox at no extra cost — it follows the mailbox, not the device.
If a colleague sends merges from their address, that is a second licence.
Yes, as often as you need. Open Tellmerge in the old mailbox, deactivate, and the seat is free immediately. If someone has left and you can no longer open their mailbox, email support with your order number and we will release the seat.
Team at $29 a mailbox is cheaper up to 17 mailboxes ($493). At 18 or more, the $499 Business site licence costs less and covers you to 50 with no counting. The Team quantity box stops at 49 for exactly that reason.
Really. There is no renewal and no card kept on file for one. Tellmerge sends through your own mailbox, so we carry no per-email cost that would need covering by a recurring charge — which is precisely why we can price it this way and the Gmail-based tools cannot.
Yes, permanently, at no extra cost. If we ever ship a fundamentally different product, that would be a separate purchase — but Tellmerge itself keeps improving for everyone who owns it.
Paddle, our Merchant of Record. They process the card, handle VAT or sales tax where it applies, and issue a proper invoice with your receipt automatically. We never see your card details. For a purchase order or bank transfer, email support@seksolution.com.
Please don't — it will not work, and we would only be refunding you. Tellmerge sends through Microsoft's mail API and needs a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com mailbox. Reading Gmail inside the Outlook app is not the same thing.
